We specialize in GYROTONIC ® & GYROKINESIS ®, Pilates, and Yoga, as well as practices such as Aquatic Training and Breathwork. Whether you seek rehabilitation, athletic conditioning, or increased flow, our instructors offer tailored Private Sessions on the apparatus or various Group Classes to suit all levels.
Therapeutic
We integrate state-of-the-art healing technologies with personalized bodywork to initiate a total-system bioreset. Our offerings include Sound Healing, advanced cellular rejuvenation with Lucia Light, Theraphi, and Scalar Wave, as well as restorative physical treatments like Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna, Facials and Lomi Lomi Massage. Therapeutic services are offered as Private Custom Sessions, with select modalities also available in intimate small group settings.
